Do you want to welcome 2023 in a different way?
After the good vibes of the August Yoga and Surf retreat in Asturias, we are looking forward to more and say goodbye to the year in Conil de la Frontera (Cádiz) in good company, with yoga every day and surfing in short sleeves.
We will have daily yoga classes and daily surf lessons for all levels. If you already have surfing experience and don't want to take lessons, you have the option to come without taking lessons and just share your free time with people.
What is included in the Conil de la Frontera surf trip?
- Welcome pica pica dinner on December 29th.
- Daily breakfasts.
- 4 nights stay in a beautiful surf house in Conil de la Frontera in shared rooms for 4 people.
- Surf equipment: board and wetsuit.
- Transfer from the surf house to the beach with the surf equipment.
- Daily surf lessons for all levels.
- We will divide the group into 2 levels: beginners and intermediate. You also have the option to come without surf lessons and share with us the yoga classes and free time.
- Daily Yoga classes for all levels.
- New Year's Eve dinner at the Hostel and party to welcome 2023.
What is NOT included in the Conil de la Frontera surf trip?
- Lunch and dinner. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of gastronomic options at very reasonable prices. We also have a kitchen in the Surf House where you can cook if you prefer a low cost plan.
- Displacements Barcelona-Conil (we try to organize ourselves in the available cars and share expenses).
- Airport-surf house transfers.
Programme
The day of arrival in Conil de la Frontera, we will settle in and have a dinner/picnic and a welcome circle to get to know each other. We will spend 5 days of good vibes, good company, yoga and surfing. We say goodbye to the year with dinner and party, welcoming 2023 away from the noise of the city and connecting with nature.
